Location ok, breakfast ok
Our bathroom shower was not a strong flow but main problem was it "whistled", air inside piping, absolutely awful. Also was with sister in law, she was put on 9th floor, ours 2nd floor

Request any room away from the car park side to avoid early morning noise from deliveries.

We loved the central location and how impeccably clean the place was kept. The room was comfy with very clean beds and a laptop safe, central heating and an iron etc. Besides, we parked the car nearby. There was an adjoining bar with great service.

The separate toilet design can be awkward, forcing a trip out to wash hands after use. The pool time restriction to thirty minutes can be a hassle if you're keen on more downtime, and the mattress lacks comfort.

The staff went above and beyond to make my parents' birthday special with thoughtful decorations in their room. The breakfast options catered well to my dietary restrictions, making our stay enjoyable and inclusive.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, in addition to the English cuisine there was also Central European cuisine, with fresh bread. It was the mix that mattered. The rooms are well equipped, the bathroom invited to take a shower. Id be happy to come back ..
The check-in is carried out exclusively via smartphones operated by the staff. Somehow this was strange, but maybe this is just the latest trend. In any case, I had the feeling that the staff did not feel comfortable either.

The hotel employees were outstanding from the prompt checked in to the day of our check out, the food was of a good standard and our executive room was as described both my wife and I would commend this hotel to our friends.
The separate toilet in room 508 requires redecorating it looks and smells like they have had a water leak at some time?
